What is Invisalign?
Invisalign is the clear way to straighten teeth without braces, using aligners. Aligners are removable and virtually invisible, which means you can straighten your teeth without anyone knowing; and you can still eat and drink what you want. Also, you can brush and floss normally to maintain healthy gums and teeth; there are no wires, metal or brackets to cause mouth abrasions.
Invisalign straightens your teeth using a custom-made series of aligners created for you and only you. These aligner trays are made of smooth, comfortable and virtually invisible plastic that you wear over your teeth. They gradually and gently shift your teeth into place. There are no metal brackets to attach and no wires to tighten. You just pop in a new set of aligners approximately every two weeks, until your treatment is complete. You’ll achieve a great smile with little interference to your daily life.

How much does Invisalign cost?
At Drs. Thodas and Tran, Invisalign costs the same or sometimes even less than traditional braces. We want to help our patients choose the treatment that is right for them.
What do I need to get started?
Our initial exam is offered at no charge and is necessary to determine your treatment plan. Complimentary x-rays and photos are taken so that, if possible, a complete diagnosis can be given that day. If treatment is indicated, an appointment for the iTero scan can be scheduled as soon as possible.
When do I get my aligners?
After the 3D scan of your teeth is taken, the file is sent to Invisalign. Working with Invisalign, Dr. Tran determines how your finished result will be accomplished. Once the treatment plan is finalized, the aligners are fabricated and shipped. The normal time is 5-7 weeks.
How often will I need to be seen for appointments?
Each aligner tray set is worn for approximately two weeks. Dr. Tran will give you 3 to 4 sets at a time, so generally appointments are every 6 to 8 weeks.
Consider Invisalign to get the beautiful straight teeth you’ve always wanted – without braces. A consultation with Dr. Tran can determine if Invisalign is right for you.
